Anti-corruption in Moldova and Ukraine: A V4 Handbook of Best Practices
The publication first looks at available EU support mechanisms and how they can be optimised. Next, it analyses the anti-corruption policy track of the Visegrad Group (V4) states, which offers practical application lessons for Moldova and Ukraine. The concrete V4 case studies suggest best practices and highlight areas of special attention in implementing anti-corruption reforms. Finally, the report presents concrete policy recommendations for decision-makers in Chisinau, Kyiv and Brussels.
