| Abstract | The article examines the internal politics and the reasons for the challenges that occurred at the beginning of the twenty-first century in Poland. Based on the talk given by the Polish prime minister Jaroslaw Kaczynski at a rally in November 2007 that politicians stood at the Law and Justice party (PiS).
